• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Handle disputes and provide advice to employees.
• Process documentation related to the termination of employment.
• Ensure HR processes are in compliance with current legislation.
• Communicate with employees regarding work conditions, benefits, and employment-related questions.
• Support during HR audits or inspections.
• Provide consulting and advice to managers and employees regarding labor law.

Candidates for this position should have education at the following levels:
• Secondary education with school-leaving examination.
• Bachelor's degree (1st degree).
• Master's degree (2nd degree).
• Slovak – Advanced (C1)
• English – Intermediate (B2)
• 4+ years of experience in HR or a similar position.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Experience in preparing and managing employment contracts and documents.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in an organized manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and HR software (advantageous).
