Construction management portal

Description

Maintenance department of our client who is one of the leaders in the manufacturing industry in Slovakia has hundreds of employees and managing all their constructions and repairs. In case of repairs – planned or urgent – there is a need to build a supporting constructions. It is outsourced process with monthly costs up to 0.5M EUR.

Problem

In terms of control process for contractors, there is an ERP order management system in place. However, it is not possible to check every construction personally by clients employee. Therefore it was decided that mobile app will be created, where contractors will be able to see the approved requests to build such constructions and once built, take an actual photo and store it automatically with GPS data and user data.

Solution

We created dedicated Android mobile app, where users can find and filter requests in an interactive way, take photos and upload them together with GPS and user data for built construction. Users are authenticated with company Active Directory accounts. Application works in a secure environment, where all the data and communication is encrypted and works in BYOD mode (bring your own device). We implemented RESTful API based on JAVA/Springboot technology with focus on microservice approach as integration layer with existing ERP system.

Result

Our mobile application helps to control building process closely and accurately and as a result also minimise frauds and misuse of internal ERP systems by contractors. In summary, cost savings for having built such constructions are now approx. 20% per month.

Interactive web portal for Slovakian member of Forest Europe organization consisting of 46 signatory countries in Europe creating strategies for
sustainable forest management in the area.

Problem

As part of rebranding and restructuralization, demand for new web portal for internal people, associates and visitors arised. New portal should embrace the newest trends in UI/UX with easily manageable CMS and forums

Solution

Flat design with emphasis on “mobile-first” approach using WordPress with various open source plugins for forums, event management, CMS, SSO etc.

In phase 2 also document management for internal users were implemented

Result

Interactive and responsive web portal, easily manageable and secured via WP administration console by client employees, with event and document management.

Single entry point for all the internal and external information from client.

Description

Dedicated synchronization API for robo-advisors implemented in Metatrader with online monitoring of ongoing and finished trades. Web portal for client’s partners with basic informations of the results and profits from their accounts.

Problem

Having robo-advisors for FOREX trading as part of private equity portfolio, an urgent need of dedicated trading robots arised for client’s partners without exposing internal logic and of course know how.

Solution

Metatrader “bots” implemented in MQL4 language for trading

REST based API implemented as Springboot app to manage communication between “master” Metatrader node (with trading logic – not exposed to customer) and “slaves” nodes (receiving signals to open/close trades)

Online monitoring of trades on master/slaves nodes built on websocket and React.js

Angular web portal for clients with account informations
