Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers and IT departments to fulfill user security patching requirements.
    Troubleshoot IT problems and execute Vulnerability Management processes.
    Collaborate with the Threat and Vulnerability Management team to enhance system security.
    Work with support teams to drive compliance with Vulnerability Management targets.
    Respond promptly to Cybersecurity alerts, ensuring 100% compliance.

Requirements for the employee

  • Candidates with education suit the position

    University education (Bachelor's degree)
    University education (Master's degree)

    Language skills

    • English – Advanced (C1)

    Number of years of experience

    • 4

    Personality requirements and skills

    • Technical degree in IT.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10), O365, and PC security.
    • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN types and TCP/IP (Addressing, Sub-Netting, DHCP, DNS).
    • Familiarity with Active Directory and data protection.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Customer-focused approach, both internally and externally.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a similar role.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in an international team.
